By accessing either directly or through a hyperlink, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the terms of service including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. You acknowledge and agree that the website may use your personal information in the manner described in our privacy policy which sets forth how information collected about you is collected, used and stored.

Subjective benefits 

Being an owner of the 4 star rated Airport Grande Hotel and suites, comes with multiple benefits. Apart from the returns on your unit investment via suite rental income, as well as dividends on company shares via profits distributed by AIRPORT GRANDE, you also get to stay in the hotel for a number of days every year, for free.

For a limited period, as a special offer, hotel suite investors are offered shares of the company at face value so that you will also benefit from the business{ restaurant, bar,banquet hall, conference facilities etc.} run by the company.

Building area for suites investors is an undivided carpet area from floor 1 through floor 5.

Net of cost shares @ Rs. 10 each, AGHPL shares are included in the investment amount per unit for options B to D ( valid during offer period only).

Free stay in a premium single suite ( or equivalent) for one night per unit of investment, limited to maximum 7 nights per year, excluding GST. 

Discounts on food and beverages etc are available.

Free pick-up and drop from Cochin International Airport.

UNIT investors will be allotted company shares as per investment options.

Applicable for investors who invest in company shares on or after 1st june 2022 and this offer is valid up to 31st December 2024.
